Nieprawidłowy certyfikat przy połączeniu suitelink "Expected certificate not found or invalid" « Wróć do dokumentacji

Problem:

W trakcie próby nawiązania komunikacji Suitelink wystąpują komunikaty błędów:

![Multi-Line Message] - Encrypted SuiteLink connection cannot be established.
Problem: Unable to access the required certificate necessary to establish an encrypted SuiteLink connection.

Possible Reason: Expected certificate not found or invalid. 

Possible Solution(s):
1. Ensure the node designated to be the 'System Management Server' is available.
2. Launch the Configurator Utility -> Select the Management Server -> Press Configure -> Verify that the workflow configured successfully (Green configured Icon)
3. For additional details, refer to the 'Security Configuration' section in the product documentation.

Przyczyna:

Prawdopodobną przyczyną problemów może być nieprawidłowy certyfikat lub data ważności certyfikaty wygasła.

Rozwiązanie:

Aby naprawić sytuację należy wygenerować nowe certyfiakty – można to wykonać za pomocą narzędzia Configurator, sekcja System Management Server

Klikami przycisk Configure aby na nowo utworzyć certyfikaty. Jeżeli przycisk Configure jest nieaktywny to w ustawieniach zaawansowanych (Advanced) należy zmienić dowolne ustawienie (np. port), zatwierdzić i wtedy przycisk Configure będzie dostępny. Później należy powtórnie wykonać tą czynność przywracając właściwe ustawienie portu.
