Step 1:Servo motor - specify power, type of encoder (incremental or absolute), with or without brake, Step 2:Servo amplifier - match the selected motor power and specify how it is to be controlled. There are two options to choose from:
Standard (Modbus protocol, pulse or analog input)
EtherCAT (Control with a controller with EtherCAT communication)
Step 3: Wiring - power cables and encoder cables (length: 3m, 5m, 10m and 20m). When selecting cables, consider:
Power of the selected motor, supply voltage and battery backup. In the case of a cable without a battery, the absolute encoder will not remember the position after losing power.
