The products you add to the cart are not reserved. They are only reserved when paying for the order via online payment.
You will receive a link to the pro-forma document in the e-mail confirming the purchase. Additionally, you can download a pro-forma after logging in and going to 'My Account'. To go there, click on the 'My Account' text link in the top right corner. In the left navigation menu, in the 'Online orders' tab, you have access to the list of orders and the link to download the proforma.
The basic information about the order is the status assigned to it, which can be seen after logging in to 'My Account' in the tab 'Online orders'. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your shipment.
