The AS46TFT1207 operator panel is equipped with a graphical operator screen with a resolution of  1024 x 768 pixels, it has an active touch matrix with a diagonal of 12.1” and supports 65535 colors. The panoramic operator screen and high resolution make it possible to accurately reproduce the controlled process on the panel screen, which has a significant impact on the acceleration of service.

The panel is equipped with five independent communication interfaces physically derived on two ports, operating in the following standards:

• port DB9: COM1 - RS232, COM2 – RS422/485 and COM3 – RS485,
• 5-pin edge connector: COM4 – RS485 and COM5 – RS485.

As a standard, the panel is also equipped with an Ethernet port, USB Host and Client port. The built-in 64 MB RAM and 64 MB Flash memory allow you to build complex visualization applications that support animated graphic objects, bitmaps and animations on the screen. The panel has an additional 64 MB of program memory and historical data storage, and 128 KB of battery-backed memory in which process data can be stored.

The operator panel is programmed with the Astraada HMI CFG software, which allows you to configure alarms, trends, recipes, logging of historical data and events. The functionality and capabilities of the panel are enhanced by the support of program macros and multilingual applications. The panels, programmed in the Astraada HMI CFG environment from version 2.0.0, provide new functionality for remote access via the VNC protocol.

The AS46TFT1207 operator panel is equipped with an LED diode on the front, which shows the power status of the panel. The front of the panel has IP66 protection, which makes it resistant to water. Additionally, it is covered with a scratch-resistant protective film.
