The DC2115 WUX CS unit is a compact 15.6" operator panel integrated with a PLC. The panel features a high-quality capacitive screen with MultiTouch function and a protective CLEAN surface. The controller is equipped with a powerful 800 MHz Arm®CPU processor with Cortex TM-A9 core. The DC2115 WUX CS unit is an ideal solution for building efficient and easily scalable control systems. It enables the construction of both local systems and distributed systems based on the ultrafast EtherCAT protocol. A wide range of expansion modules mounted in remote I/O islands allows you to customize the control system to meet the specific requirements of your application. What's more, using the EtherCAT protocol, it is possible to easily integrate and control a servo drive or set of servo drives. The Astraada One Compact HMI DC2115 WUX CS offers extensive communication capabilities. It is equipped with Ethernet, CAN and RS232 ports. EtherCAT, CAN, CANOpen, Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU protocols are offered to the programmer as standard. Optional licenses are available for Profinet, EtherNet/IP, VPN Client, OPC UA, BACnet, J1939, SoftMotion, SoftMotion+CNC and HSC.

An important advantage of the DC2115 WUX CS unit is its compatibility with the Safety Astraada SC-1000 controller, making it easy to build a safety system in accordance with the IEC 61508 SIL3 standard.

The development environment for Astraada One controllers is the CODESYS (IEC61131-3) platform, which offers very extensive programming capabilities. It integrates tools for PLC programming, process visualization, servo control and Safety. A single database of variables for the control program and visualization, ensures architectural transparency, consistency and high speed.
