Delivery forms and costs
As a standard, we ship by courier - delivery cost from 9€ (for shipments up to 30 kg).
We take care of careful and safe packing of your order. Nevertheless, when collecting from the courier, always check the packaging and its contents.
If you have received a parcel in damaged packaging, discuss this with the courier or make a complaint about the courier service.
Delivery time
Most of the products are in stock, so the order fulfillment time is up to 24 hours (on working days).
For products with a delivery date 2-8 weeks, write to us at store@astraada.com, and we will get back to you with the exact date or information about an alternative product.
Order and pay for the order by 12:00 on a working day, and we will ship the products the same day.
Warehouse
Local warehouse in Poland (in Cracow)
Our warehouse, which provides increased stocks of products from the online store's offer, is located at ASTOR Group's headquarters in Poland, at Smoleńsk 29A in Kraków.
The Import and Logistics Department is working on replenishing the warehouse.
The local warehouse in Kraków contains over 10 000 products worth approx. 4 000 000€
Payment
Methods of payment
Payment for the order can be made by bank transfer. The bank account is serviced in EURO.
The order is transferred for execution after receiving confirmation of bank transfer to the address store@astraada.com or after accounting the transfer (up to 24 working hours). In emergencies, we take an individual approach.
